We aim to acknowledge refund and billing requests within 2 business days.

Paid through Paddle?

Paddle.com is our reseller and the Merchant of Record for Paddle orders. For receipts, payment questions and refunds on those orders, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net. You can also email us and we will follow it through with Paddle.
